European Review of International Studies
Editors-in-Chief: Christopher Hill and Christian Lequesne
European Review of International Studies (ERIS) seeks to be a journal to which those who wish to know what is happening in ‘European’ International Studies can turn. It aims to achieve this goal by publishing research articles. To the same end the journal contains an extensive review section of monographs published in European languages and review articles of the literature on substantive themes or significant developments in different European academic communities.
European Review of International Studies (ERIS) aims: (1) to reflect European specificities and approaches, (2) to be an outlet in English in particular for English-language and non-English language authors, (3) to make the Anglophone world aware of research in other languages, (4) to encourage transdisciplinarity across the social sciences and humanities among those concerned with international studies broadly defined, and (5) to be eclectic in terms of concept, method and approach while retaining rigorous international academic standards.

Call for manuscripts
The European Review of International Studies (ERIS) has its raison d’être in the promotion of international studies in Europe and in the circulation of research in languages other than English in the Anglophone world. A substantial section reviews, in English, works published in the different European languages. Books for review should be sent to ERIS c/o CERI, 56 rue Jacob 75006 Paris email@example.com
Original articles may be submitted, including in languages other than English, to firstname.lastname@example.org
Articles will be double-blind reviewed in the original language wherever possible. After provisional acceptance in the original language, the author must arrange for translation into English and a final decision will be taken on this English language version. ERIS will not pay for translation costs into English. These are at the author’s expense.
ERIS welcomes proposals for thematic special issues. Such proposals should be sent to email@example.com It also welcomes survey articles focusing on developments in the field from different language areas or sub-disciplines
