Junior Research Fellowship in the History of Islam in South Asia, Oxford Centre for Islamic Studies, Royaume-Uni — LIMITE : 23/08/2013
Applications are invited for a Junior Research Fellowship in the History of Islam in South Asia associated with the Centre’s research project on the social and intellectual history of Muslims in South Asia from the 13th to the 20th Century. The Fellowship is tenable for up to three years. The position is available immediately. The successful applicant will have completed advanced studies in the social or religious history of South Asian Islam or in related fields. Computer proficiency and familiarity with research languages is desirable.
A competitive salary, based on Oxford University scales, will be determined by qualifications and experience. As a guide, the range is between £24,000 and £29,000 for the Junior Research Fellowship.
