Visiting scholar in International Security, McGill University, Montréal (Canada) — LIMITE : URGENT
The McGill University/Université de Montréal Centre for International Peace and Security Studies (CIPSS) is inviting applications for visiting scholars in international /regional security. We are expecting two short-term positions between September 2015 and April 2016. Scholars (both senior and junior) can plan to spend a month or more in Montreal pursuing their research. Scholars who are on sabbatical and wish to spend a semester can also apply. The scholar will be provided office space, accommodation, economy airfare, per diem and if funds allow an honorarium. Scholars with additional personal resources can spend longer term in residence. The fellowship is offered by the Project on Globalization and the Changing National Security State (with a current emphasis on Rising Powers) (http://gnss.mcgill.ca) funded by the Fonds québecois de la recherche sur la société et la culture (FQRSC).
Scholars working on any aspect of international security are welcome to apply.
