The third organisation was held in Almaty, the capital city of Kazakhistan, in 7-8 June 2014 with the cooperation of our University. By the decision which was taken in Almaty, the forth one is going to be organised by our University.

By the participations of scientists and politicians from all around Turkic World, it is our aim to produce, to share and to evaluate knowledge in many disciplines from economy, politics, history, literature, philosophy, to theology and religious sciences. The objective of this organisation, which will deal with every aspect and issue of Turkic World, is to gather scientists and academicians who have interest in Turkic culture and thought, and to offer solutions of social, cultural and economical problems of Turkic societies, thus to contribute into production of new progress and development strategies. Another significant aim which gives meaning to our organisation is the fulfillment of ‘unity in language, ideas and work’ philosophy of great thinker İsmail Gaspıralı, who died in 1914, and the establishment of strong economical and cultural ties in between Turkic World.
