Salary: University Lecturer Grade 36S (£44,620 – £59,914 p.a.) plus benefits
Fixed term post for 5 years
St Antony’s College proposes to appoint a full-time fixed-term Senior Research Fellow in the International Relations of the Middle East. The Fellow will teach on the MPhil in Modern Middle Eastern Studies, act as a supervisor or co-supervisor for postgraduate theses, serve as an examiner and contribute to research in their specialist field.
This is a fixed term post for five years and will carry with it appointment as a Governing Body Fellow at the College, and Fellowship in the Middle East Centre.
Candidates should hold a doctorate in the International Relations of the Middle East and have specialist expertise in one or more fields of politics and international relations of the Middle East, focusing on one or more of the following regions: the Arabic-speaking world, Turkey, Iran, Israel.
