The Department of Comparative Literature at the Dana and David Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences at the University of Southern California (Los Angeles, California) is seeking a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Comparative Literature with a specialization in Modern Arabic Literature and Culture with an anticipated start date of Fall 2015.
The department values scholarship and research from a comparative perspective. A Ph.D. is required at time of appointment. Complete applications include a letter of application, c.v., writing sample (25 pages maximum), and the names of three referees who will be contacted by USC.
